    This is all so new to me that I'm not really sure where we're going to go with this. I still find myself trying to find reasons why his test results couldn't possibly be accurate. It's a difficult thing for me to accept for some reason.

    It does get some getting used to! You are used to your ds and what he does is normal to you. I have heard of families whose reaction upon getting so high scores is to get the kid to Disneyland. Something about keeping them "young"; just a reassurance for the parents that their child is still a child.

    There are many ways in which a kid can under-perform in a test like the WISC, but it is really difficult to argue how one could over-perform. wink
