DS6 has the WJ scores. Just to clarify, if the report says "Broad Reading" (for example), then it is a composite that contains the acceptable subtests for YSP, right? I don't need to go through the subtests one-by-one to be sure they're the subtests that YSP is looking for, correct?

Sorry to be dense, but anytime one of these "Be sure you have this thing right for you YSP app" posts is made, I start getting antsy!

Kriston, "broad reading" is just exactly what you want--it is a composite of 3 (I think) subtests. So, no worries!!

DS would have done really well on that one if he hadn't stopped to consider how funny the "wrong" answers were on the fluency subtest (a speed drill!). He found it very amusing and laughed a lot, but was having too much fun and didn't move along fast enough. He said he even had the tester laughing--alas!

I'm with you Kriston, If we are going to make the effort to arrange for another test, I'd rather send them what they are looking for.

Dottie, what age is considered old enough for ACT/SAT/explore?
