I got my DD9's ITBS results. The school doesn't seem enthused. frown I tested her at Level 11. She has a complete composite test total of 90%. Would you keep testing? I'm worried that she is getting sick of testing and not working at her best. I'm trying to decide what to do with MEAP testing in the fall. She has asked if she can not test. So I am hesitant to test anymore if it isn't productive.

I think I have a good handle on the fall, since she has helped decide what science and history she wants to do. We are just going to use middle and high school materials and add PLATO for fun. I was a little concerned with math since her computation was a little lower than expected but we will be switching off of ALEKS. I think she needs a little more review and work with each concept, she has also tired of the format. So that just leaves the school.

We are hoping for another year of partial enrollment. If the school agrees I'd like to send her for ELA again and to continue to work with the speech therapist. She homeschools the remaining subjects.

WHy is the school less enthused with a composite of 90%? So age-wise she'd be in 4th grade and you're testing one level up? IS level 11 5th grade test? I don't see the purpose in any more testing. If you don't need it for the school and she doesn't want to do it, and you're partially HSing so you know where she is in each area, I don't see the point of more testing.
