Great scores -- congrats to your dd. That 17 in coding is noteworthy -- wow!
If I were in your position (and I was -- ds-then-5y5m with a WPPSI FS 148, PIQ 144, VIQ 143), I'd either wait until she's 6 and retest with the WISC, or apply with the scores she's got and a portfolio. I wouldn't bother with another WPPSI, but if you really want to retest now, you could try the SB5. If you're not having immediate issues that need advocacy, though, that's a lot of cash to tell you again that your kid is pretty gosh-darn smart, just to try for DYS.
Of course, waiting doesn't always work either! We tried a WISC just after ds turned 6, but he was so suspicious of the tester that she called off the whole thing after two subtests (ds kept asking, "Are you trying to trick me?" So we decided to take a break from unnecessary testing and went with the portfolio and qualifying+ achievement scores for DYS; ds was not accepted from his scores alone, but he was accepted with the scores and a pretty strong portfolio.
For you, portfolio might be worth a shot. Did you have achievement testing done? A strong achievement profile, a strong portfolio, and almost-there IQ results might be worth a go. OTOH, they do have their cut-offs, and they have every right to enforce them!

Either way, DYS or not, your dd is clearly a bright cookie. We enrolled ds at a gifted school for first grade and we are very, very happy with it. Welcome, and good luck!
