    Hello All!

My daughter tested in the 99th percentile of the OSLAT and was admitted to her school's Gifted and Talented Program (which is a farce anyway -- a subject for another post).

I've looked here and other places on the Internet and have yet to find an article that definitively equates the OSLAT to an IQ level. Is there any correlation at all? If so, what is it? I'm simply curious.

    Thanks in advance!

Hoagies has some information on the different types of test. Good place to start.

My ds now 13 took the OLSAT a few times in elementary and was all over the board with respect to results. He said he hated the test, it was stupid (not sure what he meant). I think 3rd grade was his last time taking it.

Others will be along with much more information.

Thanks for your reply! I have no idea if the test has any value or not.
