    Yep! I've learned we certainly can't expect little ones to realize it. I had to explain to DS8 that how he sees with his glasses is how he is supposed to see. He thought it was normal to not be able to see the board at school.

    He was most excited to find out he could see the clock at school. Hmmm ... is this sign of boredom at school?

    LOL about the book falling on the floor. Yup my doctor told me I'd need glasses when my arms became too short.

    I'm starting to need glasses but so far the granny 'reading' glasses are all I need. Can't read the writing on pill bottles, or the captions for the funnies. But since I haven't gotten in the habit of caring them everywhere it can be awkward.
