I'm surrounded by people who are gaming the system. It's nice to see a college trying to weed out the cheaters.

Not that this is nearly enough to balance out the access issues, but I'll just mention, in case this is helpful to anyone in your sphere of influence, that there are fee waiver options for the SATs and ACTs for students who qualify for free lunch. Including multiple attempts (at least two, possibly more). Not all guidance counselors think to offer these to the students who most need them. (Our building actually pays for PSATs for every student, and tries to reach near-universal coverage with SATs/ACTs, especially among the free/reduced lunch population.)
