Russian School of Math has the RSM Olympiad, if you live in a city that has a RSM center. Their questions are pretty challenging. I think anyone can attend the competition (I think they posted their questions on their website). They are also very good for math enrichment.

It is also very advanced math; sometimes I think it is a toss-up whether RSM math olympiad is harder than Math Kangaroo.

My DD9 did the Noetic Math Learning contest last year. It was sponsored by a local afterschool math academy, which she was not involved in. She missed only 1 question and was excited to get an award because she hadn't been expecting to win anything. This year she did another locally-organized contest through the same group. She's enjoyed it. And she was mad that I didn't sign her up in time to get a seat for the Noetic contest, but it filled up before I remembered it.
