    I've been looking around here and elsewhere and haven't found much for competitions that allow homeschoolers. DS7 is interested in math or science competitions. He is still very young, so I doubt that much exists anyway. If any of you know of anything, please share. DS did the mathnasium competition last fall and loved it. He is looking for a similar type experience (one hour, one shot deal).

    Held (usually) 3rd Thursday of March. Register Sep-Dec, pay $20 (includes a T-shirt&stuff). They have 6 test papers based on grade.

    3-4
    5-6
    7-8
    9-10
    11-12
    Anyone can enter at (or above?) their grade. It's individual. The main thing is, is there a test center near you.
