I just have to put in here that not all neuropsychs are full batteries, as far as intelligence goes. In my area, they are notorious for picking and choosing subtests from cognitive batteries, which doesn't result in index scores or full scale IQs (or equivalent), and also spoils the test for the next two years for any other psychologist to give those particular cognitive/intelligence tests as full instruments. (The same thing happens with achievement testing in neuropsych evals, but the safe re-test interval for achievement tests is only six months, so it doesn't create as many problems.)
