Since everyone here has been and continues to be so supportive; I wanted to share some good news for once- lol!

Ds7 was accepted at the small private school the neuropsych recommended! We fell inlove when dh and I first toured it: small classes, project/ problem solving based learning, 3 languages, gym + pe everyday, etc!

During the interview process, ds acted very confidently, asked poignant questions, and was very friendly. He really liked it.

I know there is no utopia, but this school loved him and really seems to "get" him. We were told that there were a number of students with similar profile as him. I am very excited for the opportunity for ds to be himself, around peers, and thrive.

Hopefully, my complaining re school can be kept at bay for a bit:)
