    Thanks for the tip!

    They cancelled the Science Festival this year due to lack of funding. I could just cry. We will have to go take a look, as my daughter's science project is due at the end of April.

    I believe Johns Hopkins will be there with information on CTY too. There is also a science film fest associated with the fair.

    Hmmm, DD just did a science fair project for her school and she really, really would love to do it again but it looks like the registration deadline for this has passed. frown

    UPDATE: I called this morning just to double-check and they say they are accepting entries post-marked by this Saturday, 3/29.

    So I guess we'll be heading to Bremerton next weekend, because my daughter is super-duper excited about doing a 2nd science fair with her project. And I guess we'll spend all weekend making videos of ice cubes melting (she melted ice cubes in various saline solutions) since she won't be able to actually have the experiment set up at WSSEF, like she did at her school.
