That's kind of a strange approach. If scores rose significantly, then potentially a former 99 percentile could become much lower. That doesn't really make sense as the student was 99 percentile among his peers at the time of testing.

He may be right! At least he won't be anxious about the test. The fact that his scores have a consistent pattern is reassuring. In fact, it appears that scores often dip a little right after the summer.

There isn't a more detailed report per se, but I think it is possible for your school adminstrators to generate a different report showing the individual subtest scores, which you can use together with your original report. If your original report shows your daughter's percentile with standards of error (+/-) and her percentiles are very high (i.e., 99-99-99), then you can easily infer that her subtest scores are in the same range or near.
