I showed her some of the books that my son was reading at home. I asked if she could do anything more to change him to a level a little more suitable and she brushed it off with barely a glance.
LD,
Ugh, how frustrating. That is exactly the type of reaction we got at the school where DD6 started the year--and why we transferred her to a different school after three weeks. One of the best things we ever did for her. I'm sure you will say the same about homeschooling your son. Kudos to you for making that decision. Is he excited about homeschooling?
