This sounds awful. Also, put all that in writing! Educators cover their butts because they do know they are responsible. IME if you start politely but very assertively pushing, you will get results. Maybe just clear answers about if you should honeschool or skip, but it definitely looks like you can't do too much at this point! It sure sounds like a skip is better than waiting with these toxic circumstances!!!

MON is right on. My DS was mentally "harmed" in kinder....
so I pulled to homeschool, through the district, it has not been as ideal as if I was homeschooling him all on my own- the district supplies the curric- I'd chose different curriculum, but he is able to work at his own pace, he tested out of kinder w/o ever doing any of the work and was allowed to do 1st grade, *also, he is still able to receive his Speech thru the district- that is huge.

Pulling DS from kinder last fall was the right thing to do. He is basically back to his normal
