Ok wise people, I'm wondering what type of programs, apps, puzzles or activities you might use to address - executive cognitive functioning deficits? To be honest, I'm not sure of the label specifically as it fits my child BUT... my mummy gut says that she needs explicit problem solving strategies and skills so that we can reduce the gap between what she shows and knows. I'm open to all suggestions... jojo

I think I know what you're talking about. I tried googling add + executive function + video games, but Mr. Google offered some autocorrect suggestions so I went with those. Googling "adhd 'executive dysfunction' + video games that help" comes up with some suggestions a few links down. The first link that looked supportive mentioned chess and checkers and gave some reason why.
