Just an update...
We met with a pyschologist today about testing. Fingers crossed that insurance approves testing. This psychologist was very kind and warm with ds (established very warm rapport for testing)...he also COMPLETELY sympathized with the dilemma of getting insurance to see testing is not merely for educational reasons (we need explore inattention vs anxiety vs perfectionism vs recall issues). He said he would try his best gor approval and even squeezed us in on Dec 31st since our deductible has been met for 2012.
Fingers crossed. We have a belated parent-teacher conference next week. That will be interesting.
