I'm hoping someone can help me convert to the following standard scores on the Woodcock Johnson Test of achievement III into age/grade based percents. This is for my 2e kiddo.

    basic reading:116
    brief math: 108
    brief writing: 110
    Academic skills: 111
    Phoneme/knowledge 118

    6 years 0 months.

    Thanks!!

(I can't get stuff to line up!)
    first column is scaled score
second column is Difference from Mean (100)
    third column is Difference / SD (15) = Z-score
fourth column is percentile (based on age)
    116 16 1.07 85.69
    108 8 0.53 70.31
    110 10 0.67 74.75
    111 11 0.73 76.83
    118 18 1.20 88.49

That's just math; you'd need someone with a scoring manual to come up with grade-equivalents or grade-based percentiles.
