The invitational questions at
http://www.iasp.org/dspmath.aspx are a mixed bag. Some are relatively easy. Others make one think. There is a time during the "season" that practice questions are posted. The competition for the kids is the first Tuesday in March every year, so the postings are sometime prior to that.
