If you can suggest titles with girls as lead charecters, will be more help if possible. she will go to 2nd grade. posters-Please mention either grade or age, only limit to 6 years or gong to 2nd grade. thanks Last edited by yannam; 07/15/11 01:26 PM.

She likes the Thea Stilton new series. Loves some Judy Moody, not crazy about others. Bailey School kids was popular during the school year. DD likes to read science/nature books or math puzzle books -- they were in the bin for her reading.

AntsyPants Member A Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 260	most parents groan over these but the Rainbow Fairies, Junie B Jones, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Captain Underpants were DDs favorites going into 2nd grade. Then she got into some of the Ramona stories, Judy Moody, Clementine, Just Grace, Ellie McDoodle...anything with a female leads. Right now she is reading The Tale of Despereaux.
