Thanks. They are about to start assesments but since dd has started school she is writing her letters backwards. She is acting out in class. The teacher agreed to let her work on work sheets I sent but so far only does it when she acts out and refuses when she asks because she is bored. I think my dd thinks it is a punishment which isnt what I wanted. They do placement assesments every year and if my dd does what she can and doesnt act up the teacher said she would move her to the first grade class for some of her classes. So now I just hope she does her best.
