DS got his ACT scores today and it is safe to say it went very well, better than on the practice he took back in November. He is in 6th and his scores are significantly over the minimum scores for 7th grader applying for DYS--his composite is a 26! I always thought those IQ tests had underestimated him and now my suspicion is confirmed. It feels really good!
I have several business trips going this spring so it may be several months before I get to the re-application for DYS. Right now I feel a little less compulsive about getting in--it just feels good to finally have a number I believe and trust.
