I know the test well, and I don't think there's anything I could say that would answer the question while preserving test security. Bottom line is that there's not a huge difference in *type* of question as you move up. It's mostly just that the sophistication and abstraction increases. But it increases quite gradually, with no huge jumps. Also, remember that a raw score might represent different questions being answered with different levels of correctness by different kids -- it's often the case that kids don't go 2222222211100000 but 22212202110021100000 (where each digit is the score on a successive item).

I would say that in general, the tester should be able to tell you what they're seeing in the data. You shouldn't be left wondering -- it's our job to help you understand.
