Teaching Textbooks (a math curriculum) isn't online, but it is computer-based. It also has a workbook/textbook to accompany the computer CDs. In our experience, their Math 7 program isn't really 7th grade math, but more like middle-elementary through middle school topics. It's worth a look at the table of contents (available at their website) and your child could also do a demo to see what it's like. I think they may have released Math 6 by now.
Our son isn't in school at all, but enjoys TT's products. He went through their Math 7 and is now in their Algebra I course.
