Rutgers is giving out High School Summer Scholars scholarships for the second year. Students who have not yet graduated from hight school can get a scholarship worth 20% of tuition for summer session classes. Although its technically for high school students, last year half of the scholarships went to "very young students" who were not yet high school age.
