I hope it's alright to share something similar. When my son was 5, we were reading a picture book on Coppernicus at bedtime. He suddenly said, "Yes, that's how it was in Japan. Everytime the bullet train passed us, I felt we were going backwards although we were going forward, but slower." We had gone there a year earlier for a holiday and had gotten on the slow train by mistake. I was floored.
