My son 4 years 11 months got tested yesteday. Here are scores. Can you please tell what are his strengths and weaknesses.

I did not understand they mention soemthing AE for cluster tests, what does it mean. Some tests 6-11, 6-4, 7-1 etc?. what does it mean?.
And also Math fluency shows only 71% is it less?. Passage comprehension too.
His repots says for educational recommendations, His reading level is late kindergarden to early first grade. His math level is late first grade to early second grade. But his math scores shows less.
Please explain.
