Wow, that's some scatter! The higher scores in every category suggest she's really at a higher full scale. Very little of the above is interpretable due to the huge scatter. For example, even within VCI, she has a 7 point spread. That's over 2 full standard deviations. PRI is not as bad (scatter wise), but that's a nice healthy score that's probably more predictive of her actual ability level (139).
I'm not sure if you have a typo in any of the numbers quoted, but fwiw, I am getting a GAI of 133 and a FSIQ of 121. Interesting profile. I'm especially surprised by the difference between similarities and vocabulary, which are typically fairly close.
