Hi! I must not be putting in the right search words. Does anyone know if there is a law or regulation in Texas that will allow students attend part-time home school and part-time public school?

I did find House Bill 531 for 1999 that proposed home school students may attend public school part-time. But as of 1999, it was pending. Does anyone know or can point me to the right site?
