Things I appreciate about having an absent minded, "socially immature" daughter:
- She doesn't yet know how to lie, or at least lie well
- She will wear leggings under her dress
- She doesn't know anything about tv or pop music
- She could still use the men's bathroom with dad in an emergency
- She doesn't bully other kids
- She believes in fairies, santa, etc
- I can sneak in and use the toilet while she is in the shower
- There is no greater treat than cuddling with mom
- I get a kiss before morning school drop off
- she hasn't yet asked for a cell phone
- I get to brush her hair
- She doesn't gossip or call other kids fat or stupid
- She doesn't always pick up on when other kids are talking about her
- she still thinks school is for learning
Please add anything to this list!
Yeah for asynchronous development!

-He has no idea that it's "not normal" to not watch TV and loves doing other things to fill his time.
-He thinks the library is the greatest place on Earth.
-He thinks learning is just about the coolest thing that there is to do.
