Kriston Member Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 6,145 Midwest	I am a fan of the growth model. It's not perfect--what is?--but it seems so much better than the alternatives I've seen. At the very least, it has as its aim that everyone learns. That right there is a huge improvement. Kriston
