My ds is just not a test taker. AT 7 he is working anywhere on a 5th -8th grade level. I called DYS and they told me to submit a portfolio along with my ds test results and that they do these on a case by case. So, i'm considering doing this portfolio and submitting and seeing what happens.
My ds main areas are math, reading and science. He doesn't have any science projects b/c we have been using an online hands-on program so we don't have to buy all the chemicals for the chemistry he is doing.
Any suggestions on the portfolio?
