I need to ask but I have never seen puzzles in our library. We need to start to go to yard sales.

I mentioned last week I ordered puzzles and they came on Monday. Five regular ones (2x 24 and 3x 48 pieces) + some 3D type stuff. Well she has no interest in the 24 piece puzzles and is mastering 48 one's immediately they arrived. I really tough that it would take more time as the ones we have she remembers and new picture should be more difficult.

I don't know what do when she'll be tired of these as she is not able to handle it if the size of the puzzles is huge (accidentally sits on it and pieces will come apart) or if the pieces are very flimsy (same problem her hand knock the pieces apart). The wooden one's with wooden back board (like Melissa and Doug) are the best. With the cheaper cardboard puzzles she will need my help to keep the thing as one piece while she is building it. It is not that I mind helping her but she gets really upset when she can not do it herself.

Where to find something more demanding than 48 piece but still doable for 27mo old. Is there anything with a backboard and thick smallish pieces ?

We will look into online puzzles but she cannot use the mouse yet, she can click and use keyboard but is not coordinated enough to move the mouse around. We'll see how it goes if I'm her hands smile

I also looked eBay but the one's which are suitable for her are heavy and the shipping is more than a new puzzle from Amazon.
