Both assessments gave us the FCI.

My DD8 took the WPPSI at age 4.5yrs and then took the KABC at just over 7yrs and her score went up by 10 pts. She is globally gifted (HG+?), but stronger verbally, but also older the second go-round.

My DS5.5 took just the KABC and didn't score as high as I was expecting, but still in the gifted range. He's pretty verbal, but seems to have good number sense as well. I suppose he could have scored slightly lower than I expected given his age. I don't know if it would do any good to have him reassessed at an older age. Right now, their educational needs are being met by our wonderful school through grade skips, so we're pretty happy.
