I can understand both sides in that this is a divorced couple who agreed on joint decision making with a court mediator and they are arguing between homeschool and public school.

But I do agree that religion shouldn't have had anything to do with a court case to determine education need. In that regard I think the court was wrong. Otherwise how do you decide between two arguing parents that agreed for the court to decide? I wouldn't want to be that judge. smile
