Hi NotSure,
I'm just curious if you have made a decision on the WISC testing. My son also had the WASI last year. He receives speech therapies from the school district so they administered the test as part of the re-evaluation process. He scored 132 (while refused answering a lot of questions because he was too hungry! I didn't expect the test to be this long so he didn't have breakfast) but I have always been wondering what the score would be if he had the full WISC instead of the abbreviated version.
Anyway, I'm really sorry to hear your son was upset. It really broke our hearts when our little ones got hurt. Maybe try not to make it a big deal, treat it as a little exercise instead of a big test. Best of luck to you and your child!
