I'm don't really get your question. I'm guessing that you are looking at scores of someone you know and asking if those scores are really that good. If the scores met DYS minimum cut offs, then yes, the scores are really unusual (at least in most neighborhoods) and very very good.

There are no standard definitions of:
Gifted
Highly Gifted
Profoundly Gifted
