DYS6 was accepted at the age of 5 with qualifying IQ and achievement test. We didn't do portfolio. I think you will be more than fine with what you have.

As gratified3 said it's past the deadline so the application won't be processed till August. I would say that it may take till October before you get to talk to your family consultant.
