If PG doesn't start until 152, why does DYS take 145 and up on the SBV and WISC-IV and why is 145 the 99.9th percentile? I thought that the levels of giftedness referred to the percentile -- e.g. 98th is MG, 99th is HG, 99-99.8th EG, 99.9th PG. Anyone know on that just out of curiosity?
