There is some info on the net that says it can but for an ADD diagnosis, you need information from several sources (neuro psych eval, pediatrician, etc). The one parameter I've seen quoted is that the coding subtest, if low, can sometimes be an indicator. My friend's DD who is ADD had a low score but that's an n=1.
