It was a zoom call and she was holding up a book and I think she held up the same book when she was talking about how he did on figure weights but maybe she had the wrong booklet in hand or I was mistaken. And, thank you for the WJ-IV explanation, that makes sense (you make sense, not the fact that they use them). It's like the CTP-5, he had 99% across the board on national norms which is from kids that didn't even take that test and his scores were scattered from 89 to 99's for independent norms. It seems they only report the national norms for schools to feel better about themselves.
