We are in Washington state. My son had an iq test as part of his assessment for adhd. The medical records department is insisting that they cannot legally give us the data, instead the two sentences in the summary of all the testing is all they can give us. This seems incredibly wrong. Does anyone have information regarding where I can start researching this topic?
This place has been incredibly hard and awful to work without throughout this whole process.
I'm also wondering how valid the information would be since they said they administered the wisc - v to him when he was 5 yrs, 5 months.
