Yes, Tigerle, I recall that you are not in the US... however that does not preclude use of the IAS.
What causes you to believe that the IAS tool could not be used outside of the US? ...the situation plays into the negative stereotypes people have about it.

Acceleration Institute, may help to counteract myths.
