It depends on the child and how far the child goes in the test. My first son took a long time (WISC IV) - he needed a lot of breaks. It turned out he is twice-exceptional so I am sure that is why he took a long time but he scored extremely high, especially in certain tests. My younger son also scored quite high (WISC V) but has no learning disabilities. I am pretty sure he took more than two hours total. Although, in one timed sub-test the time ran out but the tester let him go on to see how far he would go, even though time had run out and thus he would not get "credit" for it. So that took up time. Again I insist on my children getting breaks. Also, the main complaint about both of my kids from school is that they work slowly. So I think how long the WISC V takes depends on the child.
