Hello. This is my first post and I am seeking help understanding the administration and scoring of the RIAS-2. Specifically, how does the subject's AGE drive the delivery and scoring?
Do testers begin each subtest at a specific and/or pre-determined point according to age? Are the resulting scores then compared to same-aged groups' scores? How narrow are the groups/bands in the elementary years?
I have learned that this a brief test (by design) and therefore suspends questioning quickly. So, where the test begins would seem to me to be a key factor in scoring results, if the questions are sequentially more difficult.
Thank you kindly for sharing your expertise on this test! I searched for info about RIAS-2, but found mostly info regarding the original RIAS edition.
