Long story, but the short of it is that yes, she has an account (has taken AP exams, etc.) The access requires some students (according to college confidential it affects students in large areas of several states) to enter a "PSAT access code"- which is unknown to students or, apparently to guidance counselors. Our counselor has been unable to gain access to said codes even though they have supposedly been provided by CB. The phones there are not being answered. Currently the current line from CB is to expect an email with the code by Saturday.
