After convincing my husband, we had my DS6 tested last Wednesday. He took the WISC-V test.

I knew the scores right after he took the test but wanted to confirm with the full report. I just received the full report today and he was found to be "profoundly gifted" at a FSIQ of 150.

We knew he was somewhat gifted but not sure at what level. We thought he was better in language arts and unsure about other areas. But the subtest results show that he was extremely high (he got the highest score you can get on this test) in visual spatial, the ability which would help him in math, science and engineering.

I am so glad that we had him take the test. We can now start the process of applying for DYS program so we can take the advantage of all the resources and support that we can get from the DYS. Hope he'll be accepted. So looking forward to attending the annual summit :-)
