I'm curious how the hiring works, Many retired teachers here tutor, and this sounds like a good "next career" for them.

I wonder if it would be a good fit for a student who enjoys school and learning, but has trouble with the accountability-to-teachers area. There is no homework, all work is done with your teacher. You are on your own schedule and calendar. One funny thing they mention, is that accelerated students can cover an entire year of a course in 7-8 months. That is almost an academic year around here, so they may want to change their wording on that.

Does anyone have a high school that allows for classes to be taken for credit concurrent with the school calendar?
