There are lots of threads, some very recent, debating pros and cons of grade acceleration and other means of challenging a litlle giftie, but in your case! it sounds like acceleration, possibly even radical acceleration, is definitely warranted.
Our kid had a similar FSIQ on one test but we're hesitating due to other factors (socio emotional issues such as anxiety and an offensively sceptical school psych). Are there other factors that make you hesitate?
