I don't know the particulars in PA. But we partial homeschool in another state. I would say the first thing to do is figure out the minimum number of hours your child needs to be in school to be counted as present. In our state, this number is very low. We just attend for those hours and do the rest at home. In our state, no one can question us about it.
I just looked up our minimum number of hours. So what is the second thing to do? We are not in PA, by the way, but this could be a great solution for us!! How did you approach the teacher/principal, etc?
